SESCOFEST brings together SESCO Lighting's manufacturer partners, contractors, and specifiers for a full day at the Venue on Lake Lily — an indoor manufacturer showcase, outdoor fun, food, and a raffle stacked with prizes large and small.
The venue is open for manufacturer setup on Wednesday. Arrive anytime between 11 AM and 4 PM to get your space ready ahead of the show.
Join us for drinks and conversation before the big day — a great chance to meet the SESCO team and clients before the show.

Doors open for setup at 8:00 AM. Your boxes will be delivered prior to your arrival — you'll find them staged and ready at your table.

Guests arrive at 2:00 PM — get ready for some fun! Showcase your latest products and tech to SESCO's contractor, specifier, and customer network throughout the afternoon and evening.
Pack your boxes, label them clearly, and leave them at your table. No need to haul anything out — boxes will be picked up directly from the venue after the event.
If you'd prefer to break down Friday morning instead of Thursday night, the venue will be open from 7 AM to noon.

SESCOFEST traces its roots back to 1990, when it began as an Oktoberfest celebration for SESCO's partners and friends. More than three decades later, the tradition lives on — bigger, brighter, and still all about the people who power our industry. Here's a look back through the years.
Tucked in the heart of Maitland, the Venue on Lake Lily gives SESCOFEST its signature setting — an indoor manufacturer showcase plus open lawns, mature oaks, and a lake that turns gold right on cue at sunset.
Guest and manufacturer parking for SESCOFEST 2026 is located at the SpringHill Suites Winter Park — 1127 N Orlando Ave, Winter Park, FL.
A complimentary shuttle van will run continuously from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM between the parking area and the Venue on Lake Lily, so you can hop on and off at any time throughout the event.

Your SESCOFEST 2026 partnership fee includes an 8-foot table for displaying your products.
We do have some flexibility if you would prefer to bring a larger display or booth setup, similar to what you may use at LEDucation. If you are planning anything larger than the standard 8-foot table, please let us know in advance at sescofest@sescolighting.com so we can accommodate the additional space appropriately in our floor plan.
This year, you have two options for managing your samples.
All communication regarding sample shipments, deliveries, and returns will be handled through Hilldrup's logistics team:

Once your samples are received, Hilldrup will securely store them at their warehouse until event setup.
Wednesday, November 11 – Delivery & Setup — Hilldrup will deliver all samples to the Venue on Lake Lily and place them at your assigned booth so they are ready for you when you arrive for setup.
Friday, November 13 – Pickup & Return — Hilldrup will return to the venue, pick up your packed samples, and transport them back to their warehouse for return shipping.
IMPORTANT – RETURN SHIPPING: Before leaving SESCOFEST, please make sure all samples are properly packed and have a prepaid return shipping label attached. Hilldrup will use the label you provide to ship your samples back to the appropriate destination.
